| | | by the sky with its returning rain, (11) | | وَالسَّمَاء ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ ﴿11﴾ | and by the earth bursting with vegetation; (12) | | وَالْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ ﴿12﴾ | this is indeed a decisive word, (13) | | إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ ﴿13﴾ | it is not a jest. (14) | | وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ ﴿14﴾ | they are cunningly devising, (15) | | إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا ﴿15﴾ | and i am cunningly devising. (16) | | وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا ﴿16﴾ | therefore respite the unbelievers, and delay them for a while. (17) | | فَمَهِّلِ الْكَافِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا ﴿17﴾ |
