| | | shall call for destruction (11) | | فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو ثُبُورًا ﴿11﴾ | and roast at the blaze. (12) | | وَيَصْلَى سَعِيرًا ﴿12﴾ | once, he lived joyfully among his family (13) | | إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا ﴿13﴾ | and surely thought he would never return (to his lord). (14) | | إِنَّهُ ظَنَّ أَن لَّن يَحُورَ ﴿14﴾ | yes indeed, his lord was ever watching him. (15) | | بَلَى إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا ﴿15﴾ | i swear by the twilight; (16) | | فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالشَّفَقِ ﴿16﴾ | by the night and all that it envelops; (17) | | وَاللَّيْلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ ﴿17﴾ | by the moon, in its fullness (18) | | وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ ﴿18﴾ | that you shall surely ride from stage to stage. (19) | | لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقٍ ﴿19﴾ | what is the matter with them, that they do not believe (20) | | فَمَا لَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿20﴾ |
