| | | and when the messengers' time is set (11) | | وَإِذَا الرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتْ ﴿11﴾ | to what day shall they be deferred? (12) | | لِأَيِّ يَوْمٍ أُجِّلَتْ ﴿12﴾ | upon the day of decision! (13) | | لِيَوْمِ الْفَصْلِ ﴿13﴾ | would that you knew what the day of decision is! (14) | | وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ ﴿14﴾ | woe on that day to those who belied it! (15) | | وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ﴿15﴾ | did we not destroy the ancients (16) | | أَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ الْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿16﴾ | and let the latter follow them? (17) | | ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ الْآخِرِينَ ﴿17﴾ | as such shall we deal with the sinners. (18) | | كَذَلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴿18﴾ | woe on that day to those who belied it! (19) | | وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ﴿19﴾ | did we not create you from a weak water, (20) | | أَلَمْ نَخْلُقكُّم مِّن مَّاء مَّهِينٍ ﴿20﴾ |
