| | | on that day woe to those who belied (11) | | فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ﴿11﴾ | those who are in plunging, playing. (12) | | الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي خَوْضٍ يَلْعَبُونَ ﴿12﴾ | on that day when they shall be pitched into the fire of gehenna (hell), (13) | | يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا ﴿13﴾ | (it will be said to them): 'this is the fire which you belied! (14) | | هَذِهِ النَّارُ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ﴿14﴾ | is this magic, or is it that you do you not see? (15) | | أَفَسِحْرٌ هَذَا أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ ﴿15﴾ | roast in it, bear it with or without patience, it is the same, you are only being recompensed for that which you used to do. ' (16) | | اصْلَوْهَا فَاصْبِرُوا أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا سَوَاء عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿16﴾ | but in the gardens the righteous shall live in bliss, (17) | | إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ ﴿17﴾ | rejoicing in all their lord has given them, and their lord will guard them against the punishment of hell. (18) | | فَاكِهِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ ﴿18﴾ | (it will be said): 'eat and drink with a good appetite because of that which you did. ' (19) | | كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿19﴾ | (they shall be) reclining on couches ranged in rows and we shall wed them to houris (virgins of paradise) with large wide eyes. (20) | | مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى سُرُرٍ مَّصْفُوفَةٍ وَزَوَّجْنَاهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٍ ﴿20﴾ |
