| | | by the strikers of fire, (2) | | فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا ﴿2﴾ | by the dawnraiders, (3) | | فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا ﴿3﴾ | raising a trail of dust, (4) | | فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا ﴿4﴾ | dividing the gathering. (5) | | فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا ﴿5﴾ | indeed, the human is ungrateful to his lord. (6) | | إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ ﴿6﴾ | to this he himself shall bear witness. (7) | | وَإِنَّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ ﴿7﴾ | and indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). (8) | | وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ ﴿8﴾ | does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, (9) | | أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ ﴿9﴾ | and that which is in the chest is brought out, (10) | | وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ ﴿10﴾ | indeed, on that day their lord will be aware of them! (11) | | إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌ ﴿11﴾ |
